All new clients or existing clients (who haven’t had a colour service in the past 6 months with us) must have a skin patch test applied at least 48 hours prior to their colour service appointment.

Any appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice period or clients who fail to show to their appointments are subject to a cancellation fee.

The deposit will be taken at the time of booking.

Our team has the right to refuse any service if we do not feel the condition of the hair is in reasonable condition, if this is the case you may have your deposit refunded or offered to reschedule.

Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Gift vouchers have 1 year of the expiry date.

You do not have to spend the full value of the voucher in one transaction. We suggest to use it for our amazing balayage and you'll be amazed.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, this deposit is non refundable but is transferable as long as 48 hours notice of moving your appointment is given.
